Nakuru Show Ground was a hot bed of events over the weekend as the ‘say no to stress’ tournament reach the quarter finals. Teams drawn from various commands lined up their best squads as the fight to grab a chance in the semifinals gained momentum with each side using every opportunity to make their winning intentions clear.

Kuresoi North and Nakuru East presented a heavy downpour of goals as  the northerners  pulled a narrow 4-3 victory over their Nakuru based rivals. Nakuru North command suffered a 4-1 in the hands of another Kuresoi based team.
Njoro law enforcers overshadowed the Molo team and subjected them to a 2-0 defeat in yet another entertaining and thrilling match. Naivasha based team held the Rongai boys to 
a 1-1 draw but the winner had to be decided through the spot kicks. Rongai carried the day as they converted all the spot kicks behind the net.
In the tug of war category, members of the public formed up against the police team but faced a strong force and strength from the madam Beatrice Kiraguri led police team.
The winning teams will face-off in the semifinals even as each team eyes on the final prize.Members of the public used this opportunity to interact and engage the officers closely and freely as the theme ‘Polisi rafiki’ being the order the day.
